Resized bitmap images

I have a Windows bitmap (.BMP) file that contains 16x16 tile images for a game I've created. I need additional bitmap files created that have the same images, except in additional sizes: 20x20, 24x24, 28x28, 32x32, 36x36, 40x40, 44x44, and 48x48. Naturally, I can created these other bitmaps quickly by resizing the original bitmap using a paint program, but the images look terrible. I need the resized images to look decent enough to use in a shareware product. The bitmaps are 256-color, and they use a specific palette. The JASC (Paint Shop Pro) PAL file is attached, along with the original bitmap file containing the 16x16 images. ## Deliverables 1) Copies of the Windows bitmap (.BMP) files for each size image (20x20, 24x24, 28x28, 32x32, 36x36, 40x40, 44x44, and 48x48). Each bitmap file must be 256-color using the Paint Shop Pro palette (JASC PAL file) provided by the buyer. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The final bitmap files must be in standard 256-color Windows BMP format.
