Transcribe some audios m1

m1 I have 10 short audio files that total 70 minutes of audio that I need transcribed. I need perfect spelling and punctuation so if you do not speak and write excellent English do not apply. What I need will be this for each audio file. 1. Transcribe audio into Microsoft Word Doc. 2. Add an image for each audio to the top of the document (these will be provided to you, so it just simply adding a photo to the top of the transcript) 3. Write between 1 and 3 short one to two paragraph paragraph summary’s of what the audio talked about in a section below the transcript called "notes" the number of "notes" will vary per audio depending on what was talked about in that lesson, my attached sample includes 3 notes but some of the audios may only need one or two notes sections written. 4. Write between 1 and 3 short one to two paragraph "to do" tasks below each summary in a section called "tasks" for example if the audio tells the listener to go to a certain website to do something you would list that in the tasks along with a link to the website mentioned. Each lesson will need between 1 and 3 tasks depending on what was talked about in that lesson, my attached sample includes 3 tasks but some of the audios may only need one or two tasks sections written. (see the 2 attached sample document's to see exactly what these notes" and "tasks" sections below the transcript looks like - these will be written by you based on what was talked about in the lesson) 5. Save Word Doc and also save as PDF using the exact file name of the audio file it was transcribed from as provided to you. I need this on a VERY short timeline. The max time until I need these back is 24 hours so please do not bid on / accept this projects if you can not meet that deadline. This is a simple project and should not take you more than 2 to 3 hours so only bid if you can do this today and have it back to me in 24 hours or less. This bid request includes a sample .doc file to show you the exact formatting I need on these. Each audio file will be transcribed into its own word doc and text is to be formatted into proper paragraphs with correct punctuation. This is a simple project and I need it spelling and punctuation error free.
