Client Agreement Contract for Personal Styling Company

Hello! My name is Julian Tate Powell and I am a personal eco-stylist. If you don't know what that is, I'll break it down for you. A "personal stylist" is sort of similar to a stylist who puts together outfits for celebrities for special occasions, except I style the everyday person for every aspect of their life. I added the "eco" to stylist because I only shop from brands that are dedicated to sustainable practices and fair trade instead of mass-produced, fast fashion. I need a client contract for my potential clients to read and sign so they understand and agree on what my job entails, what is expected from both parties, how much I charge (and extra fees), what I am liable/not liable for, etc. This is one of the last things I need before I officially launch and open for business so I'm eager to get started! Also, if you know a little about business when it comes to law, that doesn't hurt either since I'm starting from scratch. That being said, if you have other suggestions on what should be included in my client contract, I'm open to suggestions! I look forward to working together. I'm a very small business and don't have a LOT to spend but am willing to invest in a quality contract that I can use over and over, so if the budget is a little low, we can negotiate something that is fair for both of us.
