Book based in South Africa/Malawi

Looking for a ghostwriter for an adventure book based in Johannesburg. Writer should have vast experience in Africa. The book is expected to be anywhere from 15,000 to 25,000 words, depending on the complexity of the plot. The story has to be completely original and unpublished anywhere else. All copyrights will belong to the buyer and being a ghostwriter, the writer will not be getting any credit when the content is published. The writer will receive a one-time payment for the project.
