paper summary - open to bidding

You will be given a paper that you must read and summarize. Your summary must be at least two pages (typed and double spaced). Your summary should be organized as follows:  The first one-third of your paper should summarize the problem of the paper (what problem the authors are trying to solve).  The second one-third of your summary should summarize the solution of the paper (the solution proposed by the authors).  For the final one-third of your summary, I want you to give your opinion of the solution given by the authors. Is there some part of the solution that you would change? Is there something you think could be better?
