Academic Writers needed for long term collaboration.

Hi, I am looking for academic writers to help me with ongoing projects. Idea people would have good flair for researching and writing about a wide range of topics. Needless to say the work will be 100% original, well referenced, and delivered on time. The pay rate for work is 1 RS per word. I do not create milestones in the start, but never had any issues with payments so far. Only looking for people who are serious about working as per the above conditions.
