Write an Android application

We need an expert android programmer (individual) as well company too who can develop a wearable gaming control app for us. App Objective: The goal of this project is to produce a functional gaming control that works from an Android Wear Device on a game that is running on a connected Android based device that works in an interactive real-time way. Use of multiple gaming controls needs to be contemplated and arranged for in the design. Application is divided into two phase but initially we are concentrating onto the phase 1 in which we are looking this to achieve "In Phase I of this project we will prove the concept by showing a gaming control on the wear display. User touches upon the wear display will be decoded and interpreted as a gaming controller would be for use with games running on the connected Android device. The interpretation of the inputs needs to happen in real-time so that game play is seamless. Multi-Touch on the Wear device needs to work for multiple simultaneous gaming controls, with the durations of the presses/motions conveyed correctly to the running game."
