iOS and Android App for French Property inventory

I am looking for a skilled mobile app developer who can create a native app for both Android and iOS platforms. Tenant Incoming tenant will receive a link of access to the app to fill the customized form. He will issued 2 PDF inventories (1 outgoing version and 1 incoming version, the time on each PDF should differ by 1 minute between this 2 versions). Owner, outgoing tenant and incoming tenant will receive these 2 pdf by email. The incoming tenant will be directly directed to screen 20 after sign up or sign in There are 2 kind of credits A double credit at 59,99 euros, who allow the owner to start on screen 8 (make 2 PDF mandate, make a customized form and give access to ingoing tenant to fill the form and issue 2 PDF inventories), 1 credit is needed to start the process. A simple credit 5,99 euros who allow the owner to start on screen 30 (make 1 PDF inventory), credit is needed to start the process, possibility of adding promotion code. Payment through Stripe if on screen 9, 10 and 31 they are others owner, incoming tenant, outgoing tenant or tenant added, then everyone should electronically sign and received a PDF of each document. All fields are mandatory to proceed to the next step unless optional indicated All pdf have to be stored safely in the app
