**_Organizational Overview_**

Resource Development Associates strengthens efforts to promote social and economic justice for vulnerable populations. We provide consultation to city, county, and state agencies and non-profit organizations through the provision of planning, evaluation, resource and organizational development, data analysis, facilitation, training and technical support. All of our efforts are aimed at addressing persistent social, health and economic problems of populations served by public agencies. #### _Internship Description of Duties_

Under the direction of the IT manager, this person will:

- Design and develop applications in Access

- Write computer programs as necessary to extract selected data fields and prepare reports

##### _Minimum Qualifications_

The right candidate for this position will have demonstrated experience working with Access and programming. He or she should have knowledge of software applications for a Microsoft environment including all Microsoft Office applications.

- Programming skills, specifically with VBA

- Advanced knowledge of Access and VBA

- Excellent organization skills, work habits and attention to detail

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently, and as a member of a team
