Appointment Setting - repost 2

Hello, I am an independent insurance agent located in Massachusetts. I specialize in selling Final Expense insurance (funeral insurance). I am looking for a Freelancer to locate (via telemarketing) 20+ high quality prospects to meet with me on a weekly basis. The Freelancer will be responsible for the following: 1. Locate 20+ prospects in cities TBD (per week) who are interested in obtaining Final Expense insurance 2. Schedule these prospects for me to meet with on a weekly basis. (min. 20 appointments per week) 3. Quality of the prospects and appointments is paramount 4. Must follow all DNC rules and provide your own data 5. I will provide script 6. Prospects range in age from 40-80 I am willing to pay $25 per appointment (paid weekly) and a $50 bonus for each closed deal from these appoinments (paid Bi-weekly).
