We need a Virtual Assistant to help us running a business, assist customers and provide tech support. You will be working virtually from your home office answering the phone (please no crying baby or music in the background), to assist us in customer service, providing basic data entry and administrative tasks. We will offer the training, but it will take you almost a year to know everything you need for this position.
Salary will increase as you learn more and more. This contract is permanent, so please bid accordingly.
You will need to work from 9 am - 5 pm EST 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
You must meet these qualifications:
Be proficient in English (no accent).
Be Detail Oriented.
Like to communicate with customer through email and phone.
Have internet access and utilize Skype.
Have basic computer literacy, be familiar with Microsoft Office products.
