Betfair/Mysql fixtures script

I need a script or application created that will run automatically once per day to:

Use the Betfair Free Access API to read Soccer Fixtures for the next 7 days

Insert certain fields of each fixture into a MySql database

## Deliverables

In addition to the summary...

The MySql database is blank and I will need you to create the tables.

Two of the tables will be

Countries table

CountryID||Country Name

1 English Soccer?

2 Spanish Soccer?

Competitions Table

CompetitionID||CountryID||Competition Name

1 1 Barclays Premier League?

2 1 FA Cup

3 2 Primera Divisio

The program must be able to read in as many fixtures as possible for each competition in the competitions table. If the program runs the next day, and the same fixture it WILL not over-ride it.

The fields I need put into the 'Fixtures' table are:

Starting Date: 18/01/09

Starting Time GMT: ? 21:00

Team1_ID : 17657387

Team1_Name : Real Madrid

Team2_ID : 6767383

Team2_Name :Barcelona

Country : 2

Competition : 3

if possible it might be handy to add any other relative details (venue etc..) as I'm not 100% familiar with the Betfair API

The mysql database is on a hosted server..so I will send you the access details when the project begins.
