create sitemap, rewrite dynamic url and minor tasks

I need some basic work done for our site. these include 1) creating .htaccess to handle all commor errors such as 404, 403, session id, ses? etc 2) create sitemap for the site. some parts of the site need to be excluded so a automated sitemap might now? work 3) need to create static url for dynamic urls for our site. ? need help creating .htaccess and [login to view URL] file for my site. 4) create [login to view URL] file to make site seo friendly and crawable. i need someone really who really knows this stuff to do this. plus i would appreciate all the other input that you can give me to make .htacess better to make site more seo friendly please bid only if you know about this in detail. i would give the site url to those interetsed in the project. for any questions let me know thanks
