automated reward script!

Hello freelancer users, I am looking someone who is skilled in coding in PHP, Javascript, Html, MySql, and website design to create a automated reward script. I want this script to be different then any other point reward script out there. I will provide details for what and how i want this script to work and look like.

Users section:

1. Sign up page that has a person create a user id, pass, and add their details like email address, home address, name and etc.

2. Account balance details where users can see how much they have earned in points and cash, how much they earned from referrals and how many referrals they have, and a point to cash convertor.

3. The offers section should show users different types of offers they can complete and a feature that allows them to search for offers, or even click on a tab that finds the certain offer type they are looking for. The currency should be in points and have a submit button where offers go into a pending folder.

4. Referrals section should provide users with a banner and link to promote and get referrals.

5. Chat box that allows users to interact with other users.

6. A feature that shows users what offers have been completed and for how much points it pays out.

7. A offer contest section feature

8. Prize section that includes paypal, amazon, ebay, and other prizes

9. Script shows amount of users registered to website, how much users earned & have been paid out.

Admin section:

1. Admin can add/remove offers and add/remove different types of offers section and add/remove offer country type

2. Admin can ban/unban users from cheating and etc

3. Admin can see users informatio that shows users account details from points, users address, name and etc

4. There should be a postback system that allows Admin to add offers from many affiliate network sites.

5. Many more admin features to come

I am looking for someone that will provide support if anything happens with the script and someone who will help me install the script.
