Affiliate Network software

Hello members of freelancer, I am looking for someone to create me a custom coded affiliate network software. I am looking for someone who has skills in coding php, MySQL,HTML and , webdesign, software architecture, and script install. I am looking for a script that functions like [login to view URL] but with everything completed. The software/script should have a publisher, advertiser, and admin section. Each section should have its own function. Here are some examples of what each function should have. Publisher- -Ability to add multiple websites and have tracking and stats for each individual one. -Detailed stats by each day or month. -Detailed referral stats by each day or month. -PostBack & API integration. -Add pixels to a campaign. -Report a campaign as broken. -View reports on leads, clicks, campaign stats and reversals. -Export reports via CSV or XML. -No faxing or mailing of tax forms is needed! Publishers can fill out an online tax form and digitally sign straight from your network. Advertiser- -Advertisers can deposit cash via PayPal, Credit Card or any payment system you want integrated. -They will have the choice of setting up a Cost Per Click, Lead, Sale, or Impression campaign. -Filters can be applied such as: Daily Spend Limit, Private Campaign, E-mail Suppression List, Geo Targeting, Incentivizable & more. -Add creatives such as Text, Banner or E-mail ads. -Advertiser will be given the option to use a pixel or postback to automatically process leads. -Advertisers can also manually credit leads or reverse leads. Admin- -Ability to have multiple admins and assign admins to be account managers over certain publishers. -Configure almost anything such as: Registration Fields, Security Options, Banned IPs, Payment Methods, Campaign Options & much more. -Create and easily edit your own templates. -Manage files with our File Manager. -Manage Publishers & Advertisers from the admin panel. A monitor is provided to see who is online. -Manage Campaigns & Affiliate Networks. Set-up postback to have your campaigns running on auto credit.
