Buy PR 5,6 and 7 Websites

We are looking to buy / Sponsor PR5 and above websites with as many high PR content pages as possible to host our out bound links for 3 way linking campaigns. The links will be displayed at the bottom of the page after a large section of white space, so they should not have a significant impact on the existing design or functionality of the page. There will be a limit of about 75 links max per page. We are only interested in the links and would prefer the existing webmaster to continue to run/use the website as usual. We need overall ownership is to ensure that our links are not removed suddenly in the future. You are free to continue to use the domain for as long as you want, providing you do not overwrite or interfere with our link management work or add other 3rd part links yourself. Access will be restricted where possible to changes via an admin panel, solely to prevent accidental overwrting of links that we have added. Fuller access can temporarily be granted when required. We will transfer your domain and host on our server. There is no charge for hosting and you can have unlimited bandwidth. If you make any revenue/charge for products or services you are free to keep the revenue from this. If you have a customer or member base, we will not use this for our own or third party purposes either. The only other mod we might make is to add a single link in the main nav to a page with links to all "link pages" on your domain, which are basically all those on which we list links. You will also be paid a bonus of up to $0.50 per link that we add to your website. So 1000 links added would net you an additional $500 bonus. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
