Diet portal - open to bidding

Hi, I need to develop a diet portal similar to sparkpeople.com. The portal will have multiple parts and sections to be developed. Front end, user interface, mobile application and admin console. Back-end This interface will contain the followings: - My Trackers (you will have to specify more on this topic), - Articles and Videos, - Community (Messages, Member Blogs etc. ), - And a shop. 1. There will be a user sign up, weight tracker, fitness tracker, reports, goals, RDI calculator(this is important as it will determine the weight loss maths). 2. Some point system that helps user earn points for using the website 3. Calorie database of food items - Indian specially and western as well. 4. Based on different RDI we will have to make pre made meal plans weekly like sparkpeople. Here people should be able to add / delete different food items 5. People should be able to email the food plans. Maybe have a small charge to set reminders on sms (automatic sms for the diet) We need to list down a details of the features. The main crux of the website would be in developing the RDI, calorie database and customising free meal plans once someone sign ups. Database will have to store the following records: members, recipes, articles, diet and nutrition plans, members messages, etc. . Administration interface will be in fact an interface where the administrator can access a list of reports regarding among others: most viewed recipes, most active members, currently logged in members, etc. .This has to be very exhaustive. Can we see some sample admin panels. Should also send out standard emails that can be scheduled for new users etc. Maybe you should list down a detailed list of features. I already have an idea of the kind of design I want and have developed the basic design theme. However, I need very solid designers and coders.
