Brochure-ware site redesign

I am looking for a graphic re-design of [[login to view URL]][1] - the site has changed very little in the last five years and I do not have the artistic talent to make the site look "_professional yet fun and inviting_"! The site is relatively small (about 10 pages or less) that are mostly static. A common website theme is what is required. I require some examples of your work/capabilities. I will accept photoshop (PSD) files or links to your site (just something to see that you are capable of doing this project right). I am looking for someone with website marketing experience that has an eye for what is appealing to this customer base (local carwash needs to be a fun experience for all). ## Deliverables 1. This is a firm fixed price (I need to know up front what you would charge for the entire project). 2. I need to know if you are open to additional work and what your rates are. 3. The layout design may include either (a) a standard design template for the entire site (if its the right for the site) or (b) a specific layout for each page of the site if you believe that each page should have its own look and feel (consistency is important for useability) -- for instance, the "auto" detailing page could be its own "mini-site" 4. Shortly, I will be updating the requirements for this work. Originally, I was looking for someone to creatively come up with a design/layout. The requirements have changed slightly. I now require you to have Flash experience to complete this project. I now have a design approved. To the winner - I will provide you with (1) The PSD/FLA/HTML/FONTS required to complete this work. (2) The specification for creating the site However, this work is now more oriented toward flash. I would ideally like to have a solution that enables me to update the page content without having to do a lot of editing to the flash file.
