What to see a. who is member b. usage quantity of website c. number of invitation send and opened **Email management System** **Needs to contain the following:** **1. autoresponder** for different users and types of messages there should be different autoresponders, meaning that once a certain type of user send us a message he should automatically get a reply from us it should be possible to determine when the e-mail message gets send also it should be possible to determine how many e-mails, what types gets send when **2. Personalisation of e-mails:** For writing e-mails and writing autoresponder messages fields for variable text should be easily included. So that is is possible to write for example: Dear <name of person>, Thanks for registering at the <name of university>. We are very delighted that you as a <status of person> are taking advantage to connect with other <status of person> at <name of university> **3. e-mails database management** every mail that does not get delivered to an e-mail box for a long period of times is automatically deleted from our database **4.
