I am looking to convert my Arduino UNO and adafruit motorshield into a single automotive grade printed circuit board. I need someone experienced to do the layout and design. It will be powered by a single 12 volt (14.4) lead acid battery. Capable of withstanding vibration and temperatures of 140 F. Analog 0 inputs electricity from an oxygen sensor Analog 2 inputs electricity from a position sensor Outputs to a 4 wire bipolar 350 milliamp stepper motor Components of our system Position sensor [login to view URL] Board [login to view URL] Shield [login to view URL] Stepper [login to view URL] Looking for a quick turn and a good price. If you have the experience and can get started immediately, then please bid. Details of our previous posting with hardware details are below. If you bid on this last project, my apologies, I was locked out of the system because the phone verification wasn't working for me. After several frustrating days, I just set up this new account. I can reply back and award projects now. Previous Post I have a cool project converting a gasoline engine to run on biogas using an arduino board. It controlls a stepper motor connected to a butterfly valve. A potentiometer relays position data and an air fuel sensor provides the input. 2-2.35 volts shows a clean burn. (See photo) Code Parameters Needed Power on Start position 1.33 volts from potentiometer on ANALOG 2 Hold 45 seconds (02 sensor needs to warm up before a signal can go to Analog 0) Maximum rotation= 0.2 volts to 4.5 volts from ANALOG 2 ANALOG 0 has an input range from an engine sensor that needs to be between 2 volts - 2.35 volts if below 2 volts rotate clockwise if above 2.35 volts rotate counter clockwise The 3 important things this code needs to do is: 1) Open to choke position (1.33 volts) 2) Hold position for 45 seconds while the O2 sensor warms up 3) Actively read and manage the butterfly valve with O2 sensor readings (after 45 seconds), operating in a maximum range of .2 to 4.5 volts via the potentiometer. Also consider that this will be on for hours and hours, so make sure the inputs are self clearing and don't load up the board.
