Css and Graphic design

I have this site [login to view URL] where I want to make better looking the loginbox at the top of the page and add 2 images/banner on the right part of the menu ( the gray one that says home,empresa,produtos,etc) The banner should match the website design, one will be a 2images for online support and offline support; the other one will be a "Ask for you Quote online". I like apple style (if you see the product menu , you can deduct that ). Regards ## Deliverables if you are good with css, I also need to fix the quotes part in the middle of homepage, where says "mercado fisico" and "mercado Futuro" they are not aline in firefox and IE8....if i align in one , i cant do it in the other one .
