Create a Drupal 6 theme based on a Photoshop template we provide

The job is to create a new Drupal theme for an existing website ([login to view URL]). A psd mockup has already been designed. The job is to use it to create a matching Drupal 6 theme. The theme doesn't have to be built from scratch if an existing theme can be adapted or subtheme created ([login to view URL]) The theme would consist of a homepage that differs a bit from the inner pages in that it has an area highlighing available products. Please take a look at the attached jpg to get an idea of what the new homepage should look like. We would like to keep the new theme looking very close to the attached mockup. But, if certain design elements are not practical to implement in a Drupal theme, we're flexible and would still be happy with some differences that we would agree on. For example, the "News" section doesn't have to be an accordion. Thank you and please don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have.
