Create Twitter Accounts + Upload Images

I need someone to create Twitter accounts for me. I am needing 100 accounts made. I don't care how you make them, as long as you follow my instructions and requirements below.
I will provide you a list of private proxies to use. It is important that you switch private proxies each time so that you do not leave any footprints.
If you try to trick me and just create every account on the same IP, I will find out, and I will force a dispute / chargeback with Paypal/Freelancer. Please make sure you carefully rotate the IPs using my private proxies after creating each account. If too many of the accounts get suspended, I will also be forced to take action with Freelancer for completing the job incompletely.
Here are the steps you need to do:
1. Register an email address with Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo.
2. Go to Twitter and create an account and register using the email you created in Step 1
3. Once registered, confirm your email
4. Log into Twitter, follow around 20-30 people randomly
5. Upload a bio picture (I will send you a list of 100 pictures to use for each account)
6. Note down the username/password of the Twitter account in a separate file, and also the email address/password in another file
7. Do this for 100 accounts
I will send more important information to whoever I pick for this job.
Please note that this is not just a single order. I will be ordering MANY MORE every week once you finish the first order.
I MUST STRESS THAT IT IS VERY IMPORTANT YOU ROTATE THE IP'S. THE PROXIES MUST BE USED. I WILL NOT ACCEPT SUSPENDED ACCOUNTS AFTER A FEW DAYS. THE ACCOUNTS MUST BE MADE USING ROTATED PROXIES.
