Database Research

We require a person to do research on the real estate industry using various sources of business information. These sources include our own email databases (eg. Dunn & Bradstreet), trade directories, trade associations, real estate trade shows, home and garden trade shows, and so on. The person will also be responsible for finding out new sources of information on the real estate industry once the existing sources have been exhausted. The person will get company names of these businesses, ascertain the full contact info including email address of all executives for each company and enter this information into an Excel spreadsheet. The person will also determine if the business works with clients locally, regionally (IE within a state or province), nationally, or internationally. A full list of the types of businesses will be provided but generally the businesses we want are involved with residential or commercial real estate or real estate agents in some way.
