I have strong customer service background. Been a customer service representative for Optus an Australian Telecommunications company for 4 years dealing with Small and Medium business customers mostly CEO's, managers, owners of the company explaining the charges on their bill, adding services upon request, processing payment, do troubleshooting and escalate concerns if needed. I've also handled GM Cars with the company Convergys for 2 years as a customer service representative also. Receiving calls from customer who had complaints on their vehicles, problems with their insurance, technical problems that need to be escalated, class suits that needs to be resolved, simple vehicle problems that can be resolved over the phone, reimbursements and many more.
