Daily stock and price update 3. Amazon FBA management, Shipment label creation and FBA shipment creation 4. Orders fulfilled from amazon FBA as well orders processed on supplier site for non FBA products. 5. Customer support, replied to amazon customers as well as followup with suppliers on orders. 6. Tracking update and followup on late shipments. 7. Returns and refunds for orders 8. Listing optimization and keyword promotions.
