convert audio to work history report

I am audio recording a work history report that I would like converted into australian spelling and formatted work history document. The work history report will contain some technical language, although not a lot. The report is expected to be about 25 pages long and has a specific format. A template for the formatting will be supplied, it is a simple 2 column format. The second column contains references to the main body and refers to specific knowledge gained or used in the professional experience. The professional experience is in electrical engineering. The audio will contain details of the experience and as to which section of knowledge it relates to. The winning bidder will be required to convert the speach to text then format and arrange so the document is easy to read, examples of complected reports will be supplied to the winning bidder. ## Deliverables complete audio will be supplied to winning bidder, along with formatting and examples.
