Cakephp Geocode Search problem

One of my client site need cakephp expert to fix some bugs in search...Currently search code working find..But search need to work as follow condition too "To Get Nearest candidate Using Lat,Long coordinates".... Code has implement for Geo code searching, But it's not working (It didn't search Nearest candidate)...Your job is fix error on search code to work geo code or re implement that geo search code as u like Site background It's hotel listing site..Candidates could register site and Employer able to search relevant Candidates for their business.....
