I have a software program written in Delphi/Pascal that comprehensively lists a child's complete personal ID data and medical history. The software loads onto a USB Drive and can is used in the event a child becomes missing. I want to have a mobile application that accesses the program stored on a dedicated server or virtual server. The application will allow a parent to take a photo, video or voice recording of the child and import it into the program. Can you assist and at what cost??
