I need a hosted CRM for 2 different small businesses. The CRM must report: Sales pipeline by Rep. Call log Email Log Next activity with each lead. Stage of pipeline CRM: Email inside system, so ALL emails are captured. Calls Auto logged. Reporting: Calls, Emails, New leads, activity notes, pipeline values and percentage of chance to close. Please tell me which CRM you think is best and why. 5 seats in the 1st Company. 3 seats in the second company.

20 years experience in using CRMs while in Inside Sales. Same using the Internet so have grown with it. 15 years experience in ACT by Swiftpage as a User and then Developer. Today, there are so many CRMs you cannot keep up with them but they all should do the same thing in an intuitive way - and many do not. I look forward to a discussion. Doug
