I am looking for a desktop application programmer to rebuild or build from scratch an application in stages for me.

I am in need of a bittorrent client, first version can be a simple rebranding of an existing open source application, please bid in that first, later we can plan and price future customization.

Stage 1, will be simple rebranding of an existing application OR the development of an equal quality application form scratch.
