Looking to convert a photoshop design into a Joomla template. A complete photoshop rendering for the site will be provided. Site template may include some flash elements such as header or banners.
Please note: This initial bid is for a single project only. But a total of about 6 sites need to be created. If the chosen developer works out well more work is available.
