We are a mid sized excavation firm and at any time we have 0-20 trucks on the road servicing our bid projects and private sector. We are looking for a way to track our trucks ie, load counts, what is being hauled from where to where, time each load takes to deliver to different areas, how much is being hauled tons/cubic yards etc... I need a bid sheet for a construction company put together that will have the company logo and information at the top, with a field at the top where the customer's name and info can be typed in. There will be an area for each kind of work, (excavation, concrete, masonry, etc) and there needs to be a price field for each item in each section where the price can be entered, and a total at the bottom that calculates the total cost of the section as the prices are entered.
