Phpmyinventory jobs
I am in need of an inventory input and tracking solution similar to phpMyInventory I will need to be able to enter a location, type of equipment (laptop, PC, Monitor, Hand Held Scanner, scanner, server, access point, CV60 to start with), serial number (not required), have the option to add an IP address (not required), description, and be able to easily move the item from working to in repair. When an item is moved to in repair it will need to be notated with date sent and where it was sent to. Once back from repair I need to be able to update the notes for date back from repair and cost of repair and of course easily move it back to working status. I will need to be able to querie by all or any fields in any combination down to a single
...thinking of is this: 1. index page with login for for company, user and password 2. registration link for new companies to join 3. when verified opens phpmyInventory specific for that company Is this possible with multiple mySQL databases installed - one per company obviously - when a company is registered and accepted (ie they pay!!) I can create the new database manually unless there is a way to do it automatically (cost prohibitive) and enter the necessary database name in an admin area somewhere to make it all work. Thoughts appreciated on this when you bid. The alternative is this - bid on installing phpmyInventory into subdomains (subdomain name is the company name etc) Please bid on this also. System many of you probably worked on before. Nothing too fancy, the only tricky part is barcode generation which is available for free. The system is somewhat similar in programming logic to phpmyinventory. - User Access login - Issue/Receive Inventory Item - Generate/Read barcode label - Browse Search current inventory - Reorder inventory report (more reports later on) Look at the spec file for more.
