BHoover (the employer) contacted vWorker and alleged that Mizmaar (the worker) was sending mass unsolicited emails to the employer's company inbox because BHoover did not pay a bonus payment for the work done on the project. Mizmaar denied that they were spamming. During the course of vWorker's investigation, vWorker obtained evidence that was publicly available on Mizmaar's personal web server which indicated that a script was running to send out mass emails to BHoover's server. Since Mizmaar provided inaccurate information within arbitration, they were forfeited from the arbitration, and their account was closed. BHoover had previously accepted the work on the project as complete, and opted to keep copyrights to the deliverables. All funds in escrow have been paid to Mizmaar.
