In October 2015, I have successfully graduated my Textile and Clothing Technology / Clothing Management ([login to view URL].) studies at the Niederrhein University of Applied sciences in Mönchengladbach / Germany. Regarding my seven years of professional experience at the point of sale, I have gained extensive practical knowledge in the organizational structures, customer support/ care, distribution and brand specific marketing. The overall responsibility of the supply chain process and the focus to achieve a positive customer satisfaction which presupposes and covers the areas of price negotiation, costing, quality testing as well as capacity and delivery planning. Primarily starting with the research and order of requested material qualities, designs, trimmings, color and print techniques up to the pattern development, examination of general framework conditions of a textile in cooperation with test institutes, price labels and label order as well as the four-week delivery planning.
