Instruments traded in the financial markets are complex. This leads to more complex derivative structures that are harder to analyze. The study aimed at demonstrating how Garman Kohlhagen model is applicable in pricing foreign currency options in the Kenyan foreign exchange market. The study used descriptive research design and the Garman Kohlhagen model for pricing of foreign currency options.
