As COO in addition to the duties of Editor in Chief -that I continued to perform- I worked alongside the CEO with clients. I'd say half my time was devoted to editing our copywriters. When we developed new sites I would do most of the research and writing and then I would brainstorm with the CEO until we had the same idea of how the site was supposed to look. Then we would assemble a team with a graphic designer who would develop a mock site that the web designer would develop.

I started as a copywriter at Systrix and managed to write a few articles before becoming Editor in Chief. With the exception of a couple of writers, most of the output of the copy writing team and the social media managers required substantive editing.

During my time at Digiqube I did research and wrote the content of many sites. I also did extensive translations into Spanish and managed several projects answering only to the CEO. This included a GPS Car tracking service in Dominican Republic, a light-steel-frame real estate business in Pittsburgh and an auto-parts e-commerce that was to export parts from China in several countries in Latin America.

A course to discover Ancient Greek literature through the Homeric Iliad and Odyssey; tragedies of Aeschylus, Sophocles, and Euripides; songs of Sappho and Pindar; dialogues of Plato, and On Heroes by Philostratus. Participants experienced English translations of these works and were given several tests throughout the course. A passing grade was obtained with 70/100 points. I received a passing grade (and certificate) with 75.
