PS: Due to many scam employers in this site from now on I require a 100% milestone payment at the beginning of each project that I'm hired. Many employers here like to do only a 50% milestone and when you complete their project it is better for them to mark the project as incomplete. Digital Billboard

This freelancer did not complete the project to our specifications. Although we thought that he got it, he didn't. He is very rude and does not like to make changes to his work.. This freelancer lists that he has been formally educated in design. After viewing the work submitted for us, I do not believe this. Anyone reading this feedback be very cautious about selecting this freelancer and also about remitting money before you see any of his work.

Please be advised that "radogb" has poor communication and does not like revising. Please note that he expects all projects to be extremely fast. He will try getting you to release funds before job is completed. Please ask lots of questions and make sure he understands the project. Make sure your proof is on the message board because he will try disputing to get milestone "released" before project is done.
