Responsible for parts of the Bradley Urban Survival Kit.

Bradley Troop Transport

I was a Senior Designer and part of the survivability group. This included: AC, heater, defroster, armor applications, AFES (Automatic Fire Extinguishing System) , design for service.

MRAP (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected) - BAE Systems/USCS

I was responsible for creating a commonality between a 8 and 16 channel pipette chassis system; as well reducing the failure rate from 1 out 3 to 1 out of 1000. The team that I was on saved this product line, created a new product from this work and we saved 2 million per year in revenue.

FLEX 3 - MDC

I was the responsible engineer for the optics portion of the system. The filters had to switch from positions at a frequency of 100ms.

FLIPR - Optics Chassis from MDC

This item allowed the customer to put an insulin blister packet in the device and allow the insulin to warm before the blister packet was perforated and the customer could inhale the vaporized insulin.

I wrote test protocols for FDA and tested runaway conditions of heat, extreme climate temperature and conditions as well as created reports for the data.
