Absolutely one the best guys you will find on Freelancer, I have dealt with a handful of designers and besides being very professional with excellent communication skills, Novastar was also availble when I needed him. He delivered excellent work on an affordable budget and even installed onto my server with a small hickup which he figured out in a short period of time. I would definitely recommend that you hire him!!!
