This is the coders first job with rent a coder and therefore some of the ins and outs of how things are done took a little while for him to catch onto. Fortunately he has very good coding skills and this made up for the short comings with dealing with the rentacoder side of the project. I've been talking with him and he's now familiar with how things and work and he'll be a good coder in the future.
