Kept requested some funding to start which I gave. Then never heard from him. Filed complain with Freelancer who said his account had been canceled (thanks Freelancer!). Developer got in touch through private email. I requested refund. He said he was working on it. Had some discussions. Not heard from since even though I have sent continuous messages to. DO NOT USE.
