There are many back end processes and procedures that transform, extract and load the data into National Data Warehouse. Role: Worked as software engineer in this project. Taken part in the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and implementation of the system. Worked in all the layers of the system from data layer to application layer. Performed the deployment of the system. Conducted the users training. • Project: Data Transformation Engine Client: National Database and Registration Authority Environment: VB 6.0, SQL Server 2000, Windows 2000 Professional Description: This application helps in migrating data from different sources. As National Database and Registration Authority is maintaining country’s largest database. It receives data from different stations in different formats like excel sheets and text files. The application manipulates the data and imports it in the central database server. Similarly data has to be exported from the main database and sent to the different stations. The application generates the data in the desired format that can easily be understood and transported. Role: Worked as software developer in this project. Performed the design and development of the system. Completely developed the system on my own. • Project: Defect Monitoring System (DMS) Client: Habib Rafiq Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd Environment: ASP .NET, SQL Server 2000, Win 2000, MS IIS Description: This is a web-based product made to facilitate the quality assurance (QA) department in their testing process. The application keeps tracks of all the events taking place during the testing and defecting fixing. Role: Worked as software developer in this project. Interacting with QA department for ensuring quality and standards in its development. • Project: Time Attendance & Access Control System Client: Softlead (USA) Environment: MS Visual Basic .Net, SQL Server 2000 Description: Time attendance and access control system is software that completely manipulates the activities like time, attendance and access control. It is a three tier application which uses a smart card reader device for off line storage and capturing of data. The application improves the Efficiency of employees by keeping detailed information about the time and attendance. The software is helpful in decision support system and managing the records of the employees.
