Start-up companies include: (1) Go Simple Finance, a lease-to-own business model in the small consumer loan industry. I was involved in performing risk analytics on a pool of leases and determine patterns in term to maturity and completion to maturity. Devised the analysis for static and dynamic assumptions. Involved in the valuation of IRR for this start-up company. (2) Freedom Motors & Moller International, a worlwide licensee for the manufacture, distribution and sales of the Rotapower engine for all applications. I was involved in the business plan and investor pitch deck. (3) Advent Software, Corporate, San Francisco, CA, USA (September 2014 to October 2014) • Financial analysis of fringe benefits for APAC, EMEA, North America regions. • Maintained and updated variance analysis P&L reports. • Setup and analysis of corporate-wide attrition rates reports affecting each cost center. (4) Accenture & Iason Ltd., Risk Management, Milan, Italy (March 2009 to July 2009) • Drafted the technical document for an excel application aimed at constructing an Early Warning Index for estimating bank distress. Measured economic distress through a number of risk indicators as to include firm equity volatility, geographic credit risk exposure, and default probability. Used probability of default as our main benchmark for distress based on Moody’s KMV methodology.
