I have hire him for 2, 3d installation amount was 2000 inr, when i explain the details of first one he was busy, so i gave that to someone else,after some time he message that he is available, i explain him the details of another installation.and created 1k for 1 installation. then he start work and keep asking to release the payment before even completing the task. as soon i finalize the design i release the milestone and i ask him for the files he said he will not give files and blocked me.
