Technical/Customer Support Professional

I worked in one of the BPO company in the Philippines for 8 years. I experienced customer and technical support through calls and emails both inbound and outbound. I also handled and managed a team during my tenure in the same company. I am currently working at home as a Virtual Assistant since February 2019 till the present.
