Project for koladata
Hired programmer to upgrade 2 programs. The first one he got working, but had to force install into a fixed directory, the second he could not get working even though it was pretty much the same job as the first program. He quoted 2 days on the first program which was reasonable, but it took over a month and the second program I thought he figured out how to do everything and it took him another month before I pulled the plug. He claimed there were bugs in the code that kept him from getting it working. I hired a different programmer last week and both programs are now finished.
