Raaziq International is a multinational Logistics, Shipping, Forwarding, Transportation compny in Karachi Pakistan, they are specialists in NATO and ISAF supplies from Karachi to different military basis in Afghanistan. I worked there for 10 years on different positions related to customs documentation and manage operations, my responsibilities were.. • Supervision of daily Administrative & Transportation Activities • Daily liaison with Company’s clientele & branches for transportation • Daily receipt of Orders for collection of goods, dispatch of fleet. • Daily preparation of reports of collection, stored, dispatched and delivered goods at upcountry destinations and report Manager. • Handle complaints of Clientele & respond for solutions. • Correspondence with Clients • General supervision of trucking, tracking & working staff • To assist CEO on assignments given by him • Identify marketing initiatives through customer research; develop targeting and segmentation plans. • Monitor and analysing customer sales volumes and prices and provide customer service and competitor analysis.
