Website Design

The bid was for a design, but with only 2 days to go out of a 7 day deadline there was only a really rough draft. I ended up doing the design myself - having Ene Bogdan just slice it up into XHTML. I was the one who offered the use of my design. The slicing was done perfectly, but since the original bid was for an entire design plus slicing, I am not rating this a perfect 10. If the project been only for slicing into html, I would have gladly rated a 10.

Logo Touch up w/ few more concepts

For our logo, this designer did some initial good concepts, but when it came down to drawing a man holding a bullhorn, they couldn't provide it - it always came back sloppy and unprofessional, I believe their ability to actually sketch is very low. I cannot speak for any other services this designer provides but as far as logo design, it was average, and poor. We paid them for the work, but won't use them for logo design again.
